UK Shipping 

All UK orders have a standard shipping fee of £3.99 but currently have FREE SHIPPING for a limited time only for all UK customers.

Packaging 

Both our unframed and framed art prints are robustly packaged, unframed prints are hand rolled in protective tissue paper and then shipped in thick cardboard packaging.

Dispatch 

Orders will be dispatched within three working days of being ordered.

We will let you know once your item has been shipped for delivery. 

Returns
 
In the unlikely event you do not love your items and want to return them, please email us on hello@lucydonovanart.com to organise a refund.

Your refund will be processed within 7 working days of us receiving your return given it's in the conditions mentioned below: 
 
-Returns must be sent to us within 14 days. 

-Please ensure your order number is included or we will be unable to process your return. 

-All products must be returned in unused condition with original tags/packaging.

-All returns are payable by the customer.

-We advise customers to send their returns to us on a tracked service. 

- All unframed art prints and canvas prints are non-refundable unless damaged or defective.

Event Refunds and Cancelations

We purchase all materials for events in advance, and stop marketing your place once you have booked, therefore we have a clear non-refundable policy on events to ensure that we cover our costs and the ongoing viability of the workshop.

We do appreciate that sometimes-unforeseen circumstances may mean that you can’t attend a workshop so we are happy for you to send along a friend to take your place, we will need their name and contact details prior to the workshop. 

If you contact us at least 14 days in advance of the start date of the workshop, then we can offer a transfer to a future workshop on an alternative date, providing there are places available.
